  • What are the royalties and marketing fund contributions?

Unlike almost all other franchises, there are no monthly royalties!  That’s right, we simply charge a reasonable fee for our product and no more.  We will not be pulling money out of your account each month.

  • Do I need to open a showroom?

Yes, you will open a small showroom in your territory.  Our experience has shown having a showroom where your customers can see and actually feel the product is a huge selling tool and a key to increased sales.

  • What kind of vehicles do I need?

You will have several  options to choose from and if you have a pickup truck that meets our standards, you already have one of the options.  We will work with you to help you choose the best option to fit the needs of your particular territory.

  • Will I receive a protected territory?

Yes.  You will be granted a clearly defined territory.

  • What kind of training will I receive?

Before you open you will attend our comprehensive training program in Dallas, TX where you will learn all aspects of running your own successful business.  Once open, we continue to provide ongoing support through on-site mentor visits, online access to store management and marketing material, field training, area meetings, and your assigned Business Development Manager.

  • What is my start-up investment?

The estimated start up investment ranges between $70,000 and $155,000.

  • Do I need experience in the construction industry to become a franchisee?

Absolutely not!  This is a turn-key business and we will teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful.  All that is needed is that you be energetic, willing to learn, and have a passion to own your own business.
